Exports to Asia

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has predicted that there will be a ‘dramatic shift’ in the balance of economic power over the next half century, with the emerging economies of Asia gaining ground and accounting for a significant share of output.   China is set to overtake the US in economic terms in as little as four years’ time.

Supplychain21 expects to see growth from these trends as the Asian economies generate wealth for their consumers who will look to buy drinks brands that are well established in the UK and Europe but are percieved as premium items in the east. This is likely to provide significant opportunity for Supplychain21 customers, and increase sea container volumes heading to the emerging economies.

Supplychain21 is able to help its customers achieve competetive costs by working with a number of shipping lines and agents to optimise prices, availability and performance. If you are interested in our services, please contact us at mail@supplychain21.com or on 01858 451781
