17 Jul Growth in truck exports from UK
The latest Logistics Survey shows that UK road exports to the EU both on accompanied and unaccompanied trailers increased by 5% in 2013 against the levels seen a year earlier. This reverses the trend in 2012 and is in line with the evidence of the UK economy turning a corner last year and moving back into growth. However, even with this positive development, movements are still 13% lower than the peak in 2007.
Supplychain21 customers were busier than ever in these 12 months, with a significant increase in the number of loads we moved.
